Jam session

This is what I call Jordan's Jam session. While he was home, Jordan broke out his guitar. He along with his cousin James and some of his friends played the guitar all afternoon. The only thing missing was Jay and his banjo. Next time he will have to bring it so he can jam with Jordan. That would be something awesome to watch.

Jay and Family

Jay and his family came over to visit when Jordan was home for the weekend. Here are some updated pictures of his family. The kids are growing up so fast. And Jacob (who I like to call a mini Jay) he is such a handsome little guy!

Jenny has wrapped up her frst season of Biddy-Basketball. She did awesome. Jordan came home the weekend of her last game and got to watch her play ball. He must have been her lucky charm, because that day Jenny scored her first basket EVER! She was so excited.

Movies

OK, I usually don't do this, but I have seen 2 awesome movies in the last couple weeks that I wanted to share with everyone. These are available on DVD. 1) Taking Chance-this movie stars Kevin Bacon. It is a true story about a marine that was killed in Afghanistan and his body is escorted home to the family. I cried through the whole movie. It is an actual recount of what really happens when a soldier is killed over seas. I strongly recommend this one.

Today, Jerry and I sat down and watched Fireproof with Kirk Cameron. This on is about a couple who are about to end their marriage but the husband follows his fathers advise and takes the Love Dare. This is a great Christian faith movie.

So if you have nothing to do and need a couple of movies to watch. Please check these out. Then let me know what you though.

Have a great weekend!

Jessica Alaine Knight

Jessica and some of the girls in her class went to a photo session this afternoon and this is one of the pics that they took. It was a Senior Spirit session for students that are going to be seniors next year. The girls all look so pretty. I can't believe Jessica is going to be a Senior already.
